TECHNOLOGY
What do we offer?
We have developed a technology for you to polish any surface to a
nano-level perfect smoothness.
01
The developed composition provides the possibility to remove any nano-scratches, defects, roughness and bumps on hard, soft, inert, and water-soluble surfaces of materials.
02
The idea behind the technology is to use amorphous particles for polishing different surfaces. In contrast to most developers in the world
(USA, Japan, China) which use crystal particles.
03
Amorphous particles that are used are those in which atoms have no distinctive arrangement in their structure. This means that applied particles can
fill in any cavity of any material without affecting the surface of the material.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
What does it mean in practice?
Imagine a scratch on the surface of a glass lens...
Conventional polishing techniques, like Tetris, roughly fill the free space of the scratch with crystalline particles. Due to the rigid atomic order of such particles, the result of polishing will never be perfect. Consequently, when you look through a microscope you will see microscopic spots, scratches, defects, roughness, and
non-ideality of the surface. All these will harm the use of such material, part, or whole device.
Using polishing technology with amorphous particles represents the future that is already accessible to you today.
APPLICATIONS
Fields of application
Polishing is one of the most significant final technological processes in production.
If the material surfaces of your devices, accessories, and products have cracks, nano-scratches, and bumps on them, this will negatively affect the overall performance of your product.
POLISHING IS USED IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS
  • Semiconductor electronics
  • • Optics and optoelectronics
    • Microwave Electronics
    • Electronic
  • Lasers and laser technology
  • • Acousto-electronics
    • Mechanical Engineering
    • Manufacturing of conductors, integrated circuits
And more than 100 other applications and fields of use
Our amorphous particle polishing technology can be used in all of these areas.
In terms of efficiency, the economic benefit of the polishing speed technology is superior to its existing counterparts.
Benefits and advantages
Using our polishing technology provides you with an extensive list of benefits and advantages
Here are the main ones:
The technology is suitable for all types of surfaces: semiconductor, dielectric, metal, hard, soft, inert, and water-soluble.
After using the technology, the roughness of the relief surface of the material has values of rms = 0.1-0. 5 nm.
The removal rate exceeds the limit of 1 μm/min that is available for current technologies.
The composition for polishing amorphous particles is more convenient to use, easier to manufacture and easier to manufacture than existing crystal compositions
The material surfaces are perfect, mirror-like smooth, without
nano-cracks and imperfections
The material does not crack during polishing
The material is resistant to erosion and deformation
Consumption of the composition is somewhat lower than with existing technologies
The composition's cost is lower in comparison with analogues
The overall benefit of using amorphous particle composition can reach 300% due to the lower cost and lower consumption.

Comparing to competitors
Our technology provides a unique solution to every problem
faced by competitor polishing technologies.
COMPETITOR'S PROBLEM
Crystallized flawed surface of materials after polishing
OUR SOLUTION
Perfect and absolutely smooth surface without nano-scratches and defects
COMPETITOR'S PROBLEM
Expensive and toxic components for compositions. Often cause erosion of material surfaces
OUR SOLUTION
Our components are lower in price by 1.5-2 times. At the same time, the composition itself has a lower consumption, all this multiplies the economic benefit. Our composition does not cause erosion or deformation of the material surface.
COMPETITOR'S PROBLEM
Long polishing process
OUR SOLUTION
Polishing with amorphous particles significantly reduces processing time.
COMPETITOR'S PROBLEM
Each composition is designed for a particular material and
equipment
OUR SOLUTION
Polishing with amorphous particles is multipurpose. It does not require any additional manipulation, development, or technological adjustments.
